Business Development/Sales Manager
An energetic, creative and personable individual is required to fulfill this exciting role. The Business Development/Sales Manager will work within Blah d Blah Design Limited with responsibility for business development specifically all sales activity of the business. The business development/sales manager will be responsible for new lead generation and following up new sales enquiries.The position will be expected to work closely with the Managing Director & Marketing Director to develop and deliver the company’s marketing plan.
Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the growth of sales from the existing customer base whilst also developing new opportunities with new customers.
- Major participation in the business planning process.
- Ensuring Proposals are delivered to prospects on time.
- Writing briefs, proposals and presentations.
- Attendance and presenting to prospective clients.
A proven track record of sales and marketing capability. A high level of commercial acumen, with a strong business and commercial background.
Excellent interpersonal and team skills, a self starter with good self motivation skills. Several years’ experience of sales, business development, account management preferably in an agency (advertising, design, web, marketing or PR).
Strong networking skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
A professional qualification would be beneficial, but is not essential.
