Knowing your business
It is absolutely essential that we get right under the skin of your business before we start to work with you. This is why we always recommend a ‘Discovery Session’ prior to the start of any project, so we can really get to know you and learn everything there is to know about your business. This is not only vital for us to add value and communicate with your target audience, it also helps us win pub quizzes!
How we will do business with you
We believe there’s no such thing as having too much communication, so that’s why we do it. A lot. Written creative briefs, contact reports, traffic light reports, communications log, account reviews... your dedicated Account Manager will use all these to keep you up to speed with how things are going and to make sure you’re happy with the progress of your project.
After your Project is delivered
We will ask you how it went. We value your honesty and we would like you to tell it as it is and we promise to take it as it’s meant, constructively. What you tell us will help us become even better.
What we expect from you
Of course, there are some things that we expect from our clients too. Such as giving us a good brief on what you’d like us to do to help you, and signing off proofs promptly to help us keep the project on track.
